During the Harvest giveaway, quite a few of you asked for more recipes here on the blog. And I have to be honest: I love cooking with this stuff, but coming up with original recipes is TOUGH for me! I’m totally comfortable adding it here and there to my existing recipes. In fact, I use something THRIVE food in almost every meal. But completely original, new recipes created by me are TOUGH to come up with. Just not my talent (I can be honest here, right?).
Luckily, I know someone who does have that talent! Her name is Lindsey Mote from Why Just Eat When You Can THRIVE? I’ve been following her blog for months now and I keep expecting her to slow down, run out of ideas, or post something non-original, but she never does! Each week, she comes up with incredible new, original recipes that she makes from THRIVE. The best part is that she is a mom, and she is making these things for her family, so they are simple. Anyone can make them, but they are FABULOUS! Seriously incredible. I’ve never made one of her recipes that I didn’t like. You can learn more about her on her blog.
